Report a calculator or source issue

Use the support form and identify the URL, the formula or statement concerned, the expected result or source, and enough information to reproduce the issue. Do not submit confidential project data.

Corrections contact

Use the support form for formula, source, attribution or technical corrections. Include the affected URL and enough detail to reproduce the issue. Do not submit confidential project data.

How a technical correction is handled

  1. Reproduce the reported result with the current implementation.
  2. Check the formula, units and assumptions against the registered source or mark the source unconfirmed.
  3. Run automated numerical verification after the change.
  4. Record the material change and last-reviewed date.
  5. If a page is unsafe or materially misleading while being investigated, remove it from normal discovery until corrected.

Source and rights corrections

Attribution, copyright, licensing and source-link concerns are reviewed separately from formula correctness. PROFENG will correct, replace or remove material when the evidence supports a change.

Changelog policy

Material formula, source, unit, assumption or output changes should be reflected in the page's last-reviewed status or project changelog. Cosmetic changes do not imply engineering re-verification.
