Visual PDF signing and annotation

This tool places a visual signature image and text directly onto your PDF. You can move each item freely on the selected page, resize the signature, edit text, switch pages and add more items before exporting.

Privacy: signature stays on your device

The PDF and signature image are processed locally in browser memory. They are not uploaded to or stored on PROFENG servers, and the signing workflow does not save signature data to localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or cookies. Temporary browser object URLs are revoked when replaced or when the editor is closed.
